1. Scope of Service
VoterVoice provides educational information, community grievance tracking, and aggregate public dashboards concerning voting and electoral accessibility.
Using this platform does not constitute submitting a formal statutory appeal or legal election petition under the Representation of the People Act, 1950/1951. To make statutory amendments, citizens must register via official portals (voters.eci.gov.in).
2. User Conduct & Submissions
By submitting information to this platform, you affirm that:
- The grievance or inquiry submitted represents an authentic voting obstacle encountered by you or your community.
- You will not submit abusive, harassing, defaming, or intentionally fraudulent data.
- You will not upload malicious code, bot submissions, or attempt unauthorized penetration testing against platform servers.
- You understand that your grievance text and aggregate constituency tags may be displayed publicly on anonymized civic feeds.
3. Privacy & Zero-PII Policy
We believe in civic empowerment without privacy invasion:
- We do not collect or store full voter EPIC (card) numbers.
- Citizen names are anonymized and not published in open civic feeds.
- Optional phone numbers are utilized strictly for SMS tracking notifications if explicitly requested.

4. Limitation of Liability
VoterVoice and its maintainers provide this platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. VoterVoice does not guarantee that submitting a grievance here will result in inclusion in the official electoral roll or resolution by government election officers.
In no event shall VoterVoice be held liable for missed voter registration deadlines, election day polling discrepancies, or decisions rendered by statutory Electoral Registration Officers.
