4 Types of Corrections Handled by Form 8
Shifting of Residence
If you moved to a new house (either within the same constituency or to another constituency/state), use Form 8 to transfer your registration.
Correction of Entries
Correct spelling errors in your Name, Relative Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Age, Mobile Number, or replace an unreadable photograph.
Issue of Replacement EPIC
Order a new physical plastic voter ID card if your existing card was lost, destroyed, mutilated, or damaged due to natural disasters.
Marking as Person with Disability
Register disability status to receive accessible polling facilities such as wheelchair pickup or priority booth assistance.
